A total number of 41 properties were sold out in Magna Utah, of which sales in monthly level climbed up 2.44 percent from 40 houses that were released in June. Sales in yearly level also went up 43.90 percent with 23 houses sold in July of last year.
Magna oriinal sold price increased from $120,000 to $135,000 and median price also went up to $126,000 from $109,000. Average properties sold have four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Currently, there are 96 active homes listed in the real estate market and 72 have gone under contract.
