Real Points ? Blog Archive ? Stream Realty Takes Occupancy of ...

Trammell Crow Center in Dallas

Stream Realty Partners LP has completed its headquarters move from one Arts District landmark to another. The real estate services, development, and investment firm has vacated Chase Tower at 2200 Ross Avenue and relocated to Trammell Crow Center at 2001 Ross Avenue. It now occupies 40,000 square feet of office space.

The 50-story tower was built in the mid-1980s by Trammell Crow Co., where Stream Realty Partners co-founders Mike McVean and Lee Belland began their commercial real estate careers.

?Our company is modeled after the entrepreneurial culture we experienced while working with Trammell Crow, and moving back to this property brings our journey full circle,? Belland said in a statement.

Designed by BOKA Powell, the new space is in keeping with Trammell Crow?s signature open-office style and accommodates about 150 employees.

Stream has grown nearly 15 percent this year. It recently opened offices in Denver and Los Angeles, and expects continued expansion.

The firm was awarded leasing of Trammell Crow Center earlier this year. Stream?s Sarah Erickson, Ramsey March, and Tommy Nelson oversee marketing of the property.
